The negative stop math is correct but your negative BPMs seem like guess and check. What formula did you use for it?

It'd be misleading without being specific. Saying Advanced Techniques would be inaccurate if it were for more in-depth PR/layering too.

Except the math behind your "theories" are off so you technically ARE guessing the amount of time that you need to space in between--so your techniques are nothing more than trial and error guesses....
