It's real they showed it at E For All. It was shown after they announced it, so right now all we have is a confirmation of a SF4 and yeah no details on it besides that.

Great gameplay and interesting story =/= Groundbreaking. Theres lots of games with great gameplay and great stories yet the majority of them would never be considered groundbreaking.
