    Favorite cut of steak and why?

    Filet mignon? Prime ribeye? Prime strip? Porterhouse? Something else? What?

          I like filet mignon the most, but I rarely have the opportunity to eat that. (on a side note, aside from steak, I enjoy thinly sliced cuts like veal)

                          Mmmm... prime strip cooked medium rare for me.

                          EDIT: I forgot to say why: it's probably because it's not as tough to chew compared to other cuts and it's a cut that can be used for a lot of dishes.
