    Largest indoor waterpark in america

so for my birthday (yesterday.. ps thanks for the happy bday thread fgts) i decided to take off wednesday - friday to goto The Wilderness in Wisconsin with my girlfriend. we rented a car and drove from chicago to the dells which is about a 4 hour drive. she had been there before, i havnt. just thought id share the experience with you ffr fraands~

the rental car (2011 nissan versa aka mini soccer mom bitch car) :

    finally in wisconsin.. cornnnnnnn:

i think this is a museum not too sure but it looks cool as hell:

i lol'd so hard at this and had to turn around to get a picture of it:

our room. (king size bed, fireplace, full wet bar, balcony, fridge, microwave, all that stuff) :

creepy 'shining' picture of the hallways:

    drinks before hitting the pools:

    the wave pool:

the waves start every 10 mins and last for 10 mins

candle lit dinner with my gf at a REAL nice steak house. our bill was over 200$ for 2 people x_x :

other random pics of the 3 different indoor waterparks located in the same building:

indoor/outdoor hot tub where i had several mixed drinks outside at night:

we found nemo.. and got him fcked up:

in conclusion it was an amazing birthday mini vacation. there was like no one there so there was absolutely no wait on any of the water slides. we had no problems with staff, or the lifeguards.. we were fking around breaking some rules, yet they didnt care. on our last day there, friday, it was a bit more busy yet we still had no wait on any of the slides. if anyone is around wisconsin, and hasnt been here yet.. i HIGHLY suggest going. it was $220 for 3 days, 2 nights.. 200$ for a rental car. a nice cheap needed mini vacation

    That's really awesome !_!

    Also, happy belated birthday

Edit: That looks like an upside down white house, but I'm still not sure what the point is

Indoor waterparks always seemed somewhat silly to me... going inside to have the experience of being outside in the water?
That said, that place does look pretty awesome and it looks like you had a great time

      p.s. happy birthday lol

p.p.s. mad jealous of your dinner, not jealous of the bill though :x

Da corn is for feeding da cows.

Didn't know about the upside-down White House, but I never made it out to the Dells in my 10 years or so in WI. (I had no childhood, save for me playing Pokemon.)

LOL at the "Nig's Bar" pic. Good call.

including all the stuff we had bought to bring with us.. about 550-580ish. the car we rented was really good on gas. we only had to put 30$ in the tank to fill it back up before returning it.

edit: it was 220$ for the room and 3 day admission to the waterpark which is really cheap

I'm pretty sure that used to be a Ripley's I believe it or not Museum? That sounds like a blast, hope it was worth a four hour drive with the lady.

I have the Mario "Power Up" can in my room! [it will never be opened]

By the way, wave-generating pools are fun, but not when it's super crowded. Did you happen to get crushed by people toppling over the waves?

on friday there was a bit more people.. although we didnt really bump into anyone. there was some derpy little kids that were full of energy and carelessly bumped into us, but thats about it.

what was more annoying was when i was trying to get some drinks in me in the hot tub.. and this little kid would think its a fcking pool and keep jumping in splashing the god damn water into my drink. after about 15 mins of his shit the lifeguard told him to stay out of the hot tub.

You should put a "spoiler" tag for all the pictures.

                          Nonetheless interesting shit.
