Unrecorded scores form does nothing since it's impossible to register any scores on these files and you need some sort of 'base' score in order for the new score to be added

Yeah, posted in the unrecorded scores thread on an alt and no response either

A way to fix this for the affected accounts would be really nice....

the admins are extremely busy people, they will get you the points and such, but you can't expect it to happen immediately. I do see what you meant though, I just think you should probably reword it a little better.

I noticed a few users with an issue like this, so I messaged Sprite the other day. He said that there's nothing he can see concerning database errors that he could fix, so if the problem isn't on the user's end, he currently isn't sure what could be wrong.

I would say that everyone's best bet is to contact aperson about this. I sent him a message on his profile and EAG messaged him about this over a week ago, but we haven't gotten a response. He's bound to respond to someone if he gets enough reports.

if you look in the rank box on your fantasia screenshot, it says undefined. how long did you wait before hitting print screen? Sometimes it takes a while for the score to actually record. I always wait until the rank actually changes from undefined (or 0 on the legacy engine) to an actual rank like 67 or something.

edit: @hammy it might be due to the clientside not reading the levelranks fast enough.

No, a bunch of accounts just don't record scores on specifically Melonman's, Sonata Quasi, and Gacha Gacha (Radio, the token FMO)

Might be more too, not sure

Well, I have no screenshot for Melonman's OP. But I will Not whore to get better than that, I was very happy I got that score because I never thought I'd get that, so don't tell me I gotta improve it. Also, I can get any other score on them, wait as long as possible, nothing. Undefined. Yo Man, I know what I said may be insulting since they have a lot to do, but seriously; One week, messaged near all Admins and I don't even have a single reply, not even to tell me "Oh wait x amount of time, we'll try to fix that" or anything like that...

Are you using the ingame login? I was told when you do that the scores for token songs dont like to record.

Thanks for telling me about this.
Also, Hammy helped me out using that tool and he manually recorded my scores (In order to get a basic recorded score to overwrite, I had to play on the website [not on velo's engine]). I hope it can be fixed so other players don't get the same problem

No problem. For future reference, it's on the home page on the left side under Site Change Log, and OWA is right in that you need some form of score already recorded to use the unrecorded scores form and for it to be accepted and fixed.

I think we need someone that is devoted to doing this stuff, since the others are so swamped with developing new stuff on the site.

Tokens don't record for me either. But I have been using the in game login, I'll try it without that and see if there's a difference.

EDIT:yup it's the in game login for me. They recorded when I didn't use it.
