    rar files??? (im a noob)

    So....anyone know the best FREE program to use to be able to open rar files for stepmania? I tried to get the new dubstep pack and it wouldn't let me open it. I know this probably isn't the first time this has been asked, but I'm too lazy to go looking through the forums
    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

          jk I didn't know how to upload stuff on youtube until a few months ago, took me a while to find the upload button ....tsk tsk
