                          They better tax the hell out of it. In British Columbia, the largest industry is, believe it or not, Marijuana. It produces billions of dollars in dope every year just in that province. Imagine if even a small portion of that was taxes, how much money could be passed around for cost of living which has become unbearable. Milk here is 7$ per gallon. I mean come on.


                          Weed would become a very profitable business for national services. Though just like the prostitution laws, Harper will simply make a new policy. Don't get your hopes up so soon

                                  Varies from one province to another, but right now legal medical Marijuana use is just a massive mess and incredibly inefficient. When I went to New-Brunswick, you only got arrested for possession if you had more than one bag or a really large amount (you'd get arrested for dealing suspicion). Otherwise they just take it away from you and you get fined. You can't get a criminal record for your own personal recreational use.

                                              So far sounds like a hellah good deal. This is why I asked, because I know there's different laws in different provinces.

                                              I heard something about a grow law? Is this true?

                                                  As far as growing goes, it's completely forbidden unless you have some sort of crazy license and working under heavy government supervision. It's so easy to grow it yourself though if you're just growing for yourself there isn't much of a chance of them busting you for much lol.
