Remembered playing this a while ago on some website, then downloaded it to see if I could beat all 500 levels. Unfortunately, my old desktop kept wiping the progress I made every time it was restarted... which was often because it liked to shut off on its own due to heating issues, but I digress.
Anyway, new laptop, decided to go back and try to complete it again. This time, I was successful: After a few weeks of intense play I managed to beat it!

Highscores to show legitness of unlocks and death count

Ended up with 6825 total deaths. Higher then I wanted it to be, but then I usually took harder, get-all-the-gold route for a lot of the levels instead of just taking the easy routes. That and I was too stubborn to stop whenever my comp was doing stuff in the background and lagging the hell out of Flash.
Anyway, definitely recommend this to anyone else who likes to be frustrated out of there mind at Flash games, and wants something that takes them more than a single day to beat.
Also, I'd LOVE to get N+ on XBLA, but I heard you need an Xbox for that... so there's 50 official episodes I still haven't beaten :c
