    Inspired by Spenner

    I'm sure you saw the work in his abstract thread. I've been thinking about it a lot lately and decided to try something out myself. I don't normally ever do abstract work, it's something completely out of my style, I like conforming, realistic art, so doing this was out of my comfort zone.

    I used nothing more than spraypaint and some 3"x5" note cards folded in half. Painted on tanned posterboard.

      I really like that, especially the movement. Awesome job even though it was out of your comfort zone.

                  I feel that the far left is a bit less defined than the rest of the piece.

                  Other than that, it's ****ing beautiful. Great use of color.

                              I'm flattered to have motivated you to do this I think it's awesome that you're trying new things.

                              I really love it-- it's really organic looking despite it's technical looking form in individual spots up close. There's direction-- which is a big thing for abstract art when it gets down to really dissolved minimalism, so all in all great piece good sir =D you should do more like this ;D

                              Or at least experiment even more in a different direction. I always find that there's something from these experimental styles I can bring into whatever ongoing style I'm best with at the time.
