    piano critiques?

    i dont think i did bad, but when i improv i dont always see where i can go with my structure.
    what could my left hand do to have more usage?

    or just reviews

      I actually really liked it. Can't really give you constructive criticism, due to me not being a piano player. But I think it was good.

          you could probably improve your pedal work to sound more fluid

          it was pretty nice...left hand improv has always been somewhat of a non-issue to me though
          whenever I'm just fooling around, I usually switch between leading with my right and throwing chordal accompaniment in with my left and then leading with my left and modulating between keys with chords on my right hand in the higher registers, it tends to make for nice contrast

          you could also pedal a chord with your left hand and then bring your left back up to where your right is to play a really fancy lead with both hands while the bass tones sustain

              i have trouble leading with my left, do you kind of just have your right add in notes when need be with a leading left?

                  Nice .... I wish I could play piano well.

                  All I learned from two years of piano was how to play scales well. I still suck at reading more than one line of music at a time. As for improvization, I'll stick to my saxophone. Nothing is easier than B-Flat or F blues.

                          Dude, that improv is sick. You should actually make songs though; if you can do this without planning it, imagine what you could do with thought and preparation and sh*t... that kind of power would probably kill a baby somewhere. Not a healthy baby, maybe a fetus or something. You should do it! or at least learn some Zelda tunes ;D
