    That mysterious job thing - what's yours?

    So, where do you work?

    I'm a proud Toys'R'Us Associate. As such, I have one of three responsibilities on any given day, depending upon how everyone has been scheduled.:

    - Being a cashier, which entails moving the lines of people through the register as fast as possible while getting them to buy as much extra stuff as possible (batteries, buyer protection plans *shudder*)

    - Wandering around the store, answering customer questions and cleaning up (you don't want to know badly kids can thrash this place). When I don't know the answer to a question (such as "What would be the best kind of diapers for my 10 month old baby girl?") I have to quickly come up with a BS answer of some form or another.

    - Working in the video game section of the store. This kicks ass, as I actually know what I am doing when it comes to recommending video games and such. Plus, I get to play with the demos, which is always nice.

    All in all, not too bad of a job. It could certainly be worse. Like digging ditches. I have friends who go to temp work angencies and do that like every day.

      I just scored a job at Davanni's. I don't turn 16 till the end of the summer (fuck), so that severely limits my options on where I can work, since most of the high-paying or fun places require you to be 16, and there's no point getting a summer job at the end. But for now, $6.50 an hour is enough for me. Plus, I get to scrap my old lawnmowing job, which is awesome because I hate lawnmowing and I only got about $40 a week. So I'm happy.

          1. DJ: I DJ birthdays, private parties, school dances, ect. You may have heard me on FFR Radio before XD

          2. Ref: I ref youth hockey, every weekend in winter i am booked solid, and on weeknights 3 days a week.

                                      I monitor my school bus and get paid 10 bucks a ride. =D i make 50 dollars a week. my friend who is a head bus monitor and rides 2 buses a day makes 120 a week. I go to a rich school. I have to ride the bus anyways to get to school and back. i just tell people to shut up or turn around put ur seatbelt on and stuff. it's good stuff. =D

                                          I work at a small privately owned restaurant as a busboy. Really good food, and i love getting gourmet food every week. I make 6.75 an hour, but I'd rather have a higher paying job though :\

                                              I sometimes work up front serving customers..but most of the time I'm in the back cooking cause I work best there o.O

                                                  Professional Lazy Bastard. The job owns, man. All you have to do is sit around on your computer playing FFR and surfing asian porn. Also, representatives from soda companies drop by once a week to use me as a human guinea pig. Oh, and I get a fifty-five minute break every hour.
