A Piano Quartet or maybe Quintet, on one piano, that you can physically see. Oh my gawd.....
So it's a piece designed the Player Piano and composed by Marc Andre Hamelin.
But seriously though, it's meant for the Piano Player, so it's not technically meant to be played by people. It is possible, but it's not likely it'll happen. The Piano follows a MIDI and so it plays itself.
I AM ASHAMED OF MY STUPIDITY AND MUST COMMIT SEPPUKU. FORGIVE ME, FFR.
If it's what I am thinking of, it's a song called Circus Gallop that is played by itself on a piano -- if you look at the sheet music for it, it's insane ****
I don't really like multiple piano songs, there's also a part at :55 that I don't like the sound of that repeats a few times. Don't really wanna listen to the rest to point out what I don't like because there really isn't any reason too. Eh, still pretty fun to watch I guess, I've seen self playing pianos before, just not playing something as berzerker-esque as this.
Ya, of course I heard the song from SM first, I don't really hear much music outside of SM so it's expected. I've read Gibbons is one of the best living pianists alive (though of course I have no clue if that's actually true, I know nothing about the piano world lul), this is pretty impressive. Though I'm kinda disappointed there's no video of anyone actually playing this anywhere, just audio recordings from my searches =/
It's intended to be faster, but being so hard to play niguhs can't keep up wif it
