      watch the stupid cartoon. you might find the answer there.

      i for one think hes stupid for doing it. guess he ran out of ideas for movies and decided to take a kids show out of desperation.

                                  Actually, the guy has always had a desire to do family-friendly fantasy I think. He was almost involved with at least one of the Harry Potter pictures, but ended up not doing it because he was involved with something else at the time.

                                  And just because the guy has had some stinkers lately, it's because the stories weren't very good to begin with. If the guy has a good story, he is capable of giving good writing, and good directing. See The Sixth Sense, Signs, and Unbreakable. Good story leads to good writing and his direction is just fine. If this movie fails, it's not because Shyamalan's involvement in it. People might just be wary of anime adaptations ever since Speed Racer and Dragon Ball bombed.

                                      Hmm, that's interesting. I wasn't really aware that the show was still active. That was actually a pretty decent show, so I have some faith in this movie.

                                          movie looks like it has potential to me. Seems like a recent trend to make things that have become unpopular to certain people, popular by making good movies of them.

                                          spiderman
                                          superman
                                          hulk
                                          whatever other superhero movies
                                          star trek
                                          transformers

                                              All I can say is it better be good. It can't be as bad as DB. The dialog and special effects were horrible. Avatar (Last Airbender?), don't let me down.
