    what would be the best one to get? i need one...

              Get jetAudio if you want really high-quality WAV converting. A 4 minute song is about 40 megs :P

                      Any WAV conversion will be humongous. It's not because of quality; it's because WAVs are compressed far less than MP3s. Thus, I have no idea why you would need or want to convert MP3s to WAVs.

                                      Because it was recorded that way. It's really crappy quality, though, and if you record directly to WAV, filesize is not as large.
