Well i was really bored today and thought i should just go hangout with one of my best friends. so i called him up and we arranged to meet on a certain street near his house. after we got to his house we found out some other kid was trying to get a hold of me, but i couldnt answer my phone because it was dead. so he called up that kid (named Zack) and told him we were coming over. So within 15 minutes we were at his house, but he went inside to put his grandma to sleep, so we just stayed outside.
Earlier that day we were being followed by a grey F150 that had passed us more than a dozen times that day let alone previous days of the week. so we stayed at Zacks house, waiting for him to come out, but he ended up forgetting and falling asleep. so we said we were gonna wait there for about 10 more minutes and see if the truck was still following us. we waited the full ten minutes and had seen the truck atleast another 7 or 8 times since he kept squaring the block.
We were really paranoid that some dude was following us, then we notice Zacks neighbor came outside and was just staring at us. We knew this dude was weird but thought nothing of it. we eventually got so bored that we needed to know the time, but i couldnt check my phone. then my friend Thomas (The kid i was with the whole time) said "lets just go ask Earl what time it is" (The Neighbor)
We began to walk over there, then he began to walk even closer and Thomas said "Excuse me can you please tell us the time" Earl began to walk closer and closer at a faster pace. I thought to myself this motha ****a is gonna try to pull something stupid. and as i thought it he said to us "Ill tell ya the time" and grabbed my friend.
Without thinking about my friend at all (which i totally regret) i said to him as soon as he finished saying that "NO YOU WONT!!!" and turned around, ran, and yelled to Thomas "Dont say my name". so i ran to my friends house down the road completely out of breath, i could barely talk, walk, or even stand without feeling that i was about to pass out. i told them the story and they drove me home, as soon as i got in i told my parents that some guy grabbed my friend and that i didnt know where any of them were.
So we got in the car, drove down to the guys house, and nobody was there. So i told my dad to drive down to his house and make sure he is there or not. so we drove down there and what do ya know, he isnt there. When we drove back down the road looking for him we went passed Earls house, and out of the corner of my eye, there he was. No not Thomas it was Earl so i said "get the fcuk over here" and he didnt move or say anything. then my dad got pissed and got out of the car and started yelling in his face asking "did you touch some other kid?" Earl replied "Yes"
Now my dad said "ok were gonna have the cops here any minute then" so he called the popo and told them the story. turns out the 2 popo's knew this man and believed his story over mine since Thomas wasnt with me to verify the same stories. Earl was standing there telling the popo that "they were on my property and I thought they were a threat" so being a smartass that i am, i said "So why would you walk towards a threat with that kind of attitude" he didnt say **** (what a surprise)
He then started running his mouth to my dad, saying that he is not watching me like a parent should, saying i was also out passed 11:00 P.M. so i was pretty pissed off at that moment and just said to him "hey dumbass what time is it" he replied "9:30" then i said "thats what i thought not 11:00" so right after i tell the popo my full story, we leave still wondering where Thomas is. So we drove back to his house, and there he was.
at the end of the day - Earl didnt get in any trouble for grabbing and hitting a 15 year old kid.
Me - had a flashlight shined in my eyes (to check if i had bloodshot eyes) obviously checking something
also had a scale, small amount of pot, and papers
Thomas - home talking to his dad telling him how he got punched (lol)
Thomas's Dad - i think going over to Earl's house tomorrow to beat his ass
lesson learned - dont stand in your friends driveway
cops - straight up told us they know whats going on in that house
