normally ST's take a while before they register and appear on the screen. I had to wait like 2 minutes before mine popped out. I suggest you try doing it again and wait a little while. If you still don't get it then u should notify Tass or any other Admin.

Edit: Also im not completely sure if its 9 goods or less on each song or 9 or less on both, cause when i unlocked mine i had 2-0-0-0 on RAT and 7-0-0-0 on RATv2

Yeah, I waited a few minutes and nothing showed up, but both of the scores registered fine.
