well i found out that there going to try and make this really happen. They said they have the script and the director. I just really think its not going to work -_-..what if it turns about out to be similar to the halo movie let-down? Their saying that its going to go deep into Marcuss' background, like how he got that scar on his face and other things -_- but i dont know if its going to be live-action (how would that work...it would be a miracle o_o) Im not into the whole MP thing..i suck at it '>_> but the story caught my attention so i was like "cool"

If history repeats its self it will be a letdown. I can't really name 1 movie that was based of a video game that the movie was as good as the game. It's just like movies based off books, it just doesn't work. The problem is people, expecially with games like gears of war and halo, go in with huge expectations and then they end up let down. So we'll see what happens. Hopefully if they do do it, It won't deter from the game it's self too much.
OH! I thought of a cool PART of a video game movie. The movie still sucked but in the Doom movie, when they had that 7 minute "First Person" angle... I was wowed. Lol maybe I'm the only one, but the movie still sucked. -

If they do it right it will kick ass. If not it will fail miserably...
I personally would have rather they copied the script from the game rather than delving into his past, because that would have been a lot better in my opinion anyway...

Besides, if it's true, we will have to wait until 2010. The most recent news I've found is from summer of last year. Does anyone else know of something more recent than that?Comment
