I am going for a new sort of spin on my profile. I want the theme to be the city at night. Here is an idea of what I am talking about. Take your own personal spin on it or stay mainstream with the example if you wish.

Additional Notes
- You are not limited to the city life. This is just a preference. Feel free to make something different, but know that city designs will be favored.
- More credits will be offered if it is really really really OMG good.
- I may select more than one winner and use more than one, so if some one like Silvuh makes one (and I hope he does) don't give up all hope and not make one.
