    What songs do you use...

    ...to show off your skills to people?

    I get a little nervous when there's someone watching, so I tend to show off 8-10 difficulty songs instead of 10-12 difficulty songs.

    Gradeus is one of my favorites to show though, because long streams seem to make folks go, "Whoa!"

              Divine suicide of K, Hajnal, and a song that is very obvious to anyone who knows me lmfao. Not to show off (at least not completely hehe), but more because I seem to be better than most people at them (of course there are people better than me at them), even though I see Hajnal as one of my horrible files, I still seem to do better than average on it, good song.

                  I'd play anything that I can FC every time, yet is still sufficiently hard. This would include Tension, Euro Freak, Black Wing Metamorphosis, and a bunch of other 8s and 9s. Even some songs that I can't FC but still do well on would include Cosmic Orchestra, VB, Sympathizer, and other VC/FMOs. Of course, the fact that their watching me means I'll be lucky to pass those songs, regardless if I get nervous or not.

                      I FC'd Lawn Wake I in my TV Production class one day, I had literally the whole class looking over my shoulder going "What the hell is wrong with this kid?".

                          I pick Frictional nevada (even though i am no good at it) and most of the time they leave when they see FGO when they pick it

                              I love to show off my skills by playing Ketsarku. It's a song I cannot do "well" in the eyes of the experienced, yet to the unexperienced, it's all but a blur of colourful arrows and an ever-increasing combo count.

                                  Every time I try to do Ketsarku for an audience, even if it's only one person, I screw the combo up around 800, but I FC it just fine when I'm by myself. I just passed 40k credits the other day, and I think K8107 would be a good one.

                                      if i want to show someone my skills i show them vertex beta the song sounds crazy and the trills in it are fun.
                                      If i'm feelin good i show them like GGC, pants and now my new favorite fmo scythe of 13

                                          Streams/jumpstreams are the best tools to awe and amaze the unexperienced. If I'm playing specifically to show off I'll play Vertex BETA or one of the new FMOs. If I'm just playing and someone happens to stop and watch me, I'm usually playing songs in the 9-12 difficulty range.

                                              people see stream as really hard stuff to do when it actually isn't.

                                              When I do songs that are extremly hard that has no stream at all, people are less amazed then when I played lets say VB.

                                                  Hajnal, cuz its the easiest FMO for one handed!, and its fun! Yesterday after playing it someone said i deserved a highest MP level :P if i wanna prove to someone i suck, i play Blooddrunk (heavy) Oh and I like Cosmic Orchestra a lot!
