    [Suggestion] Moderate and Filter Tournaments

    I'm not sick of it, but I'm sure there are many of you who are getting pushed to the edge. Countless tournaments popping up everywhere, hosts have less then 20 posts, and next to no credits. People sign up / donate, and the person never visits that thread again... etc... So can there be a moderation setting implemented for Tournaments?

    Here's my idea:
    New Thread Requirements

    -More than 200 Posts (You know the community, and hopefully the rules as well.
    -At least 5,000 credits (So you can actually give out a minimal reward)
    -2 or more months of membership time (No more Noobs who spam)

    Plus if the moderator thinks the tournament will fail, they can postpone moderating the thread and contact the OP, and ask why they should let it through.

      I agree. I hate viewing tournaments where the poster only gives 500-1000 credits. Also the host usually picks songs in a weird order, I.e. hard song 1st round, easier song 2nd round.

          So true. I have joined and successfully completed 6/6 tournaments (5 1sts yay). I have joined 12 tournaments, which means 6 failed, either due to active participation, or plain laziness on the administrators part.
          Any FFR song title discrepancies? List them here.

                          I don't really play in the tournaments due to me being horrible, but I completely agree. If I'm going to play, I expect a decent sized prize pool.

                              This is basically just "please moderate this subforum more closely". But I still agree.

                                                      I agree. I don't know about the 200 posts requirement, though. Some people never visit the forums, but they're well respected. And, of course, there are those who postwhore.
