Since nobody has reported this, I believe it's limited to Vista only (yeah, I play on it.....and it's severely limiting my ability to get things like AAAs now that I've AAA'ed all the real easy songs). Whenever I press arrows on streams/slow trills (often found on many Standard Songs), my timing is consistent throughout. But for no reason, I suddenly get what I call a good-average, because even when my timing stays the same, I get it for no reason.
Now if my timing was too fast/too slow, I'd get a good(s) almost instantly. But I don't. I almost always go dozens, even hundreds of arrows before getting it. Yet my time of pressing was no different.
I have reason to believe it's a glitch because, like the average-miss fix, does not show up properly on replays. Instead, it shows up as two goods on the score sheet and all perfects in the replay (I always do AAAs on autofail for 1 boo/miss/average/good by the way). Here is an example:

If this turns out to be a legitimate glitch, then I'm going to hack my mom's computer, take the code that makes up XP, and put it on my computer (and I don't care if it fails, it's better than having Vista
).
On a side note, I BF'ed that song earlier when the song slowed down on the last roll.....
P.S I mostly notice this phenomenon with autofails set on, but then again I never pay attention to perfects when it's off. I think it's occured without it on, but I can't remember well enough to tell you reliably.
P.P.S I've never seen this happen on XP, which fuels my belief that it is Vista related (I've heard Vista makes you suck at FFR anyways).
