I don't think Synth got permission for all the other Arcade song....so....it might work.

Yes, Synth wrote a letter to whoever makes Final Fantasy, Mario, and the people who make Bubble man and Metal man asking them if he could put their music on thier site. Even if he did he would already have permission so just put it on..

                Arcade credits, for the clueless:

Metal Man / Bubble Man / Dr. Wily = all from Mega Man 2, by Capcom (Action/NES)
Final Fantasy 7 Battle = actually the boss theme from Final Fantasy VII, by Squaresoft (RPG/PSX)
Super Mario 8 Bit Eighties Remix = from Super Mario Bros., by Nintendo (Platformer/NES)
Crystalis House Leaves = from Crystalis, by SNK (RPG/NES)
Legend of Zelda Remix = from The Legend Of Zelda, by Nintendo (Adventure/NES)
Chrono Trigger Boss Theme = from Chrono Trigger, by Squaresoft (RPG/SNES)
4FT3R M3 = remix of B4U from Dance Dance Revolution 4th Mix, by Konami (Music/Arcade)

It'd be safer, permission wise, to post an OC Remix song rather than the original.

If you remix the song, i belive, there are no more copyrights, but you have to significantly change the song, u cant just add a fillter.

i could be wrong, ask someone else.

The song would have to be unrecognzable.

OC Remixes are legal as long as they aren't sold. No idea why they have FF7 and Chrono Trigger in the Arcade section, though. The rest are all OC Remixes.

I think synth e-mailed the composer or something... Remember something about that.

And in most cases it's permission for one song, not multiple, so he'd need to get permission again.

I'd rather have sonic songs.. but pretty much all old arcade songs are good
