      You'll get used to them after a while, practice vibrating your finger on those jacks it works for me....

              Tense up your muscles really hard on your arms until they start convulsing trust me you'll know what I mean once you do it.

                          Yeah you'll get more responsive after some practice. You should do some various arm exercises before you do this though, as seen in my avatar.
