Thought I'd introduce a new game to this forum. Racing Style Forum Game:
Winner gets 10K credits as well as any donations I get.
Mario Kart Madness
15 player game
First place = 15 points
Second place = 14
Third place = 13
Fourth = 12
So-on till the 15th player gets 0 points.
You get to pick the charachters you use as well. Each charachter has a different special, and you can get this special at any place throughout the race, so choose wisely. Choose (2) players.
Charachters and Specials
You may mix and match. Pick 2 charachters, whichever one is on the back of the car gets their special. (you may switch driver and item user at any time, Let me know via PM)
Bowser & baby bowser - Bowser shell, Will hit everyone in front or behind on a confined course, Will hit 2 lanes on a normal course, or one lane on a wide course. Choose to throw front or back. People hit by this shell will loose one place (-1) Blocks everything (except blue shell), trips bomb om.
Mario & luigi - Fireballs, May hit 1 person In each left, right, and center lanes, reguardless of course size. Choose to throw front or back. (-1 to the person hit)
Toad & Toadett Special mushroom, able to give (+3) spaces to player
Koopa & Paratroopa Shell special, (front and back) Able to get 3 seeker shells, or 3 green shells (chance 50/50) (-1) to the hit player from each
Wario and Waluigi Bomb Om, (front and back) Will blow up in The space +4 ahead of player if thrown ahead, resulting in (-2) positioning to the hit player(s). Will hit all three lanes on confined course, 2 on normal and 1 on wide. If layed behind, Will hit player at spot (-1) behind if both players are on same lane, Will auto explode at -2 and cause same damage as if thrown ahead.
DK & diddy Giant banana,(front and back) Will land up in The space +4 ahead of player if thrown ahead, resulting in (-1) positioning to the hit player. Cannot be blocked. Also hits player directly behind. Once giant banana is hit, It splits into 3 small bananas. One lands in each lane.
Baby Mario & Baby Luigi Chomp Chain, (Front only) Gives (+2) to player, as well as -1 to all players hit by it. (wide course 1 lane, normal course, 2 lanes, Confined course all lanes.)
Boo & Petey PiranhaRandom special, can get anything on this list.
Other items and positioning Probability
Other items: These can be held or used at anytime, and the closer you are to first, the lesser the chance of an awesome item.
Positions 1-5 - possible items (1/6) chance of each - Green shell, red shell, mushroom, special, banana, banana
Positions 6-10 - Possible items (1/6) chance of each - Special, Mushroom, Special, red shell, triple mushroom, banana
Positions 11-15 - Possible items (1/6) chance of each - Blue shell, Special, Lightning, Star, Special, triple mushroom
Item definitions
banana, -1 to hit player can be throw ahead to spot +4 (designate lane) or layed behind to block or hit (-1) player directly behind.
Green shell, hits player directly in front of you (in same lane) or behind. Can be used to block
Red Shell, Hits player in positioning directly in front of you (does not matter lane) can be used to block
Mushroom, +1 to position, causes a -1 loss to anyone directly in front of you.
Triple mushroom, +3 to positioning, if hit before using all three, loose all but one, leaving remaning mushrooms on course. causes a -1 loss to anyone directly in front of you.
Triple Shell (red), Hit the player directly in front of you in positioning (-1 to hit player) loose all but one if hit before using all three, leaving remaining shells on course.
Triple Shell (green), Hit the player directly in front of you in positioning (-1 to hit player) loose all but one if hit before using all three, leaving remaining shells on course.
Blue shell, Hits player in #1 position. (-2 to position, and loss of all items.) cannot be blocked, also causes -1 to any player in the position (-1) directly behind and in the same lane.
Lightning, Hits all players except user. -1 to everyone's position, and +2 to user's
Star, Gives user speed boost, +4 to positioning, and user is immune to everything during duration
Courses.
Courses can be Wide, normal or confined.
Confined courses are chaos. Bowser shells, chomp chains, giant bananas and bomb oms cause massive damage.
Normal courses: Items mentioned above hit two lanes instead of all three.
Wide courses: items mentioned above hit only one lane.
Every course will have boosts and hinderances, they will be included in the course description before each race. boost (+1) hinderance (-1).
Objective and misc Info
Player with the most points at the end of 4 races wins.
Each race has three laps. A lap has 5 places to get items, and you may use the items at any time. HOWEVER any pm action, (using items in any way) will all activate in the hour you send the pm to me.
Every hour gives +1 to every player. specific courses will have designations on how long each lap is.
ie. Course #1's length is +20. This means in twenty hours (if no items are used) everyone will cross the finish line.
