And don't give me reasons like "One system has better games than the other." So I guess I'd more prefer opinions on graphics, game play, etc.

Xbox 360 IMO. Graphics seems the same to me compared to the PS3, and gameplay depends on the game itself. Also cheaper than the PS3. -

i say both.
but right now the xbox-360 has more games than the ps3.
but you have to pay the on-line support of the 360 and the ps3 has a browser.....
so it depends if you're willing to pay for XBOX live then 360 is the best. if not then the
ps3 is the best if you already have a high number of exclusives on your mind... the rest is just games that both consoles share like call of duty 4 and assasin's creed, it really just depends of the franchise or games that youl like (if you like god of war/final fantasy/ratchet and clank the ps3. if you like halo/eternal sonata/ mass effect then the 360)
though in my personal opinion the wii is my favorite consoleComment

+ Graphically almost on par with the PS3
- Online Service is not free
- Hardware Issues
- Many Exclusives on PC or PS3 in future
- Alot of FPS
- Apparently, Microsoft Customer Service is horrendous

+ Free Online Service
+ Cheapest Bluray player on market
+ Many well known exclusives on the way
- Most expensive of all next gen consoles
- Small list of exclusives now playable (at the moment)
- Must make do with rumble-less SIXAXIS until the Dual Shock 3 next year
It's really up to you. Considering if you have a decent PC, you should be able to play alot of the 360's exclusives as well as the PS3's ports. Now, many developers now understand the need to release the PS3 version of multi-platform games first in order to reduce the number of problems that come up when porting the game over to another console. Honestly, had it not been for the faulty hardware and money to add things such as XBL and a HD, I would have bought a 360. Instead I'll just get a PS3 and Wii.
