    Hottest FFR feature to be seen?

    "Live File Stepping"! ..

    Game playback works with an array that records your keystrokes as you play

    now imagine this - you pick your song from the FFR massive song database.. you load it blank of steps.. the music starts.. and you start tapping while your groovy patterns are recorded and saved.. the new taps are saved with minimal size just like game playback..creating a brand new self created original stepfile..you post your best live creations in your profile or some special place.

    stepfile quality aside.. i bet could be a fun side feature

      It would definitely make **** files... ask anyone who's tried to ctrl + r a serious file in sm.

          Yea... I think the likelihood of creating a good file with that system is about 1/100000000000000000000000000000000 XD

                  This is a relatively bad idea. This same feature is in SM; it's hardly ever used, and is a BAD thing to use, especially if you're trying to make a good simfile. In fact, ALOT of wannabes (no offense) just take songs, press CTRL + R, and just slam away at the keys, making relatively retarded simfiles (once again, no offense). Basically put, this feature would be one of the least used features in FFR, and could possibly bring the downfall of this wonderful, wonderful game.

                          Er...I'm pretty sure that "A way to fill the simfile database with crappy stepfiles" isn't going to bring about the downfall of anything. The simfile database is pretty full of crappy files as it is.

                              Meh, just creating suspense and drama (fission mailed, I guess). Anyways, I am going to say this once; this would be a very, very, VERY crappy, and useless, feature. Too many people would try and get 15 minutes of fame, IMO.

                                      I say, either give that option(if your skilled enough to actually crtl+r style that) or make it so you can manually place arrows in the stepfile through the FFR engine. Exactly like the creation style of SM. I would love that. Making files in FFR would be funner than SM.... only cause' I'm better at FFR ;D
