I'm just wondering. Because PA is something that I really need to work on in this game. So does anybody here find that playing more precisely on SM or ITG help out their accuracy? If it does, I may have to download them to practice. ^_^

To be sure to have the best PA: Download Stepmania and put judge to 7. This means that to get a Marvelous, you'll have to be really at the good timing. -

Isn't R1 timing most like J3 or inbetween J3/4? JUSTICE is lol.
Also, up the cmod that you use on SM, makes reading R1 easier, at least it does for me.

FFR is roughly, ehhh, Judge 2/3 or so. Much more lenient than J4 but not as ridiculously easy as J1.Comment

FFR is very close to J3. it's a total perfect window of .1 second. if you look at the .ini for the different judges, it's around J3.RIPComment

If you really want to get better. My advice to you is play hard songs till you can move your fingers faster to earn more stamina.Comment

All I know is that my timing for FFR/SM is not helping with my ITG timing lol. I really suck at ITG lol, my best score on a 9 is only 87.xx on Summer Speedy Mix XD.Comment

I and JX both that that FFR is J2/J3. DDR is around J4/5, and ITG is J4. PiU feels like a J3 to me
I used SM on J7 to get ready for a DDR tourny once, and did much better then I shoulda rofl. I still play on J7 and use it to keep my PA up when I cant play DDR for a week at a time. Now there are J8 and Justice, but their really just getting extreme lol. I know some people who can play them well, tho.
So yes, playing something with stricter timing helps you to beat something else that's easier; works for alot of things. I play Soul Calibur on Extremly Hard (were they like read your mind) and get my can stomped, and the go to the arcade and I'm like Shoop Da WhoopComment
