@gabgado: I'm taking a photoshop course, so I'm working on it for a year, and I'm already hooked.. I'll probably buy photoshop before the year is over...

Yeah... I'm working now on more background styles, and trying to get something useful done with text... It's too bland if I only use the blending options that are given to you... I'm working on neon/chrome text first, then I'll expand...

Oh-- I made a banner and background for another song I'm gonna step, but I don't have it uploaded yet... I'll get it up in a sec.

To be brutally honest you need to do a lot of work. First go to http://www.deviantart.com/ and get some decent brushes. http://www.dafont.com for fonts and read some tuts. On the few pics that you use renders they don't blend.

Brushes need to be suited for the render you going to use, so before you slap on a bg find a render that is easy to clean up and work with that style.

'Kay... But the brushes/font stuff won't help... It's not on my home computer... All of it has to be done at school, since I don't own PS yet...

BTW:

The first ones are using the same effect as the 4th... Just some lens flares w/ plastic wrap, pinch, and twist. The third one is lens flares, rotated in opposite directions, then used the burn effect in the layers.

Last two are just marbles in different colors. I'll post the steps once I remember them...

if you can find a dir that you can save things like your own personal folder or a public group (if the school computers arn't letting you download anything to the main directories) then you can load brushes without having to save them in the preset folder.
