600 FFR emails. WTF. Thanks.

How do I F'ing turn off the thing where if you post in a thread, there is an email sent to you everytime someone else posts in the thread!?!?! I have a -~v^~- 600 emails to delete now!

I think it's in the user control panel, you can switch it off there.
