And pleaded guilty.
While completely hypocritical on his part and once again exposes the silliness of homophobic legislation, the arrest is asinine. The man was merely asking for sex. Not for monetary gain (prostitution) and not even specifically to be had in the bathroom. Night clubs would probably be out of business if it was illegal to solicit sex at those places >__>
While I'm totally against the arrest, I'm damn glad that somehow his, erm... preferences were exposed. Helps the common sense position on gay marriage.
