I Have Trouble Playing Ddr In The Arcades!!???

yo, in my place there are small (but professional) kids who play DDR if they got lucky getting some tokens. When I choose a song they mess it up by activating some modifying and difficulty codes (they make it to heavy/maniac, they activate hidden, shuffle, etc.)

It makes me lose a lot in the arcades. I wonder what I should do.

Many people today play DDR Extreme, DDR Supernova and later. But I still play 1st and 2nd mix in the arcades. Too bad for me.

Man 2: SO what? I'm playing Supernova 2 today.
Man: What the hell is Supernova?

when you select a song hold down the start (green) button and an options screen will come up, you can de-activate the modifiers and lower the difficulty there.

Actually it depends if the kid isnt playing SuperNOVA.

If you play SuperNova, you get to the options the same way unless it's a home version which it isn't so just hold down the green button. If they continue, tell your arcade manager thingy. They might get banned from the arcades

I play old DDR versions (1st - 5th Mix).

well thats a given you need to play and the front of your feet, because with the metal pads the buttons are like 1 inch below the level, so the chances of hitting the button right on are very short. You can also practice just hittingg the buttons with feet before playing. But doing it in arcades are soooo much harder than foam pads.
