Can you use Stepmania to step songs? If so, then how do you submit songs after that?

you can use SM to step songs, just make sure you have SM 3.9 or lower (SM4 is not working, so I hear). Go to "Step editer" and press f1.
after you step a song, send it to Tass at <Tasselfoot@gmail.com>
3 things:
Make sure you have the artist's permission to use the song in FFR, there's a stickey with all the artist who have giving theirs
Make sure it has no Freezes/mines/hands in the sim

You mean no holds, the file can have freezes.
