    Kansas City After Christmas Meetup?

    I've been thinking about it, and a bunch of people have been suggesting it, so I'm thinking about holding a small meetup here in Kansas City right after Christmas. I still have that big one we're having here in the summer, this is just a smaller one.

    I don't know what you all think about having one at this time, in this location but I'm still having it. Date will most likely be December 29th - January 2nd. We'll have a nice big new years party while you're all here. And like I'm doing for the other meetup, I'm willing to let a couple people stay at my house for the few days the meetup is taking place. What we do in those few days will probably be decided when/if you all get here.

    Who can I expect to be here?

      You could expect me if you were to move the date to sometime after Jan 16th. I hate you.

          Someone else wanted it to be after January 16th too, but the weekend is too small for something like this. Christmas break would be much smarter. (even though really...christmas break, not that smart but whatever)

                          I'm going to be getting my G2 JUST as this happens, which means my parents probably won't be too cool with me taking one of their cars on a road trip just as I'm starting to be allowed on the highway. ;_;

                          But I may be able to pull off the summer one.

                                      Didn't Tass have some pow-pow like this in Philadelphia? Well anyway, Meghan has a car and I don't and my mom freaks out about this kind of stuff. As long as it's not too far away, like downtown or something, I could probably pull of getting a ride with Meghan. The last thing I need is to get lost on one way streets and Prospect. No guarantee I could come,though.

                                          We can't have one in Houston because one breath of the air in that city and you've got cancer.

                                          We had one in Dallas and we'll probably do it again.

                                              I'd need to find rides with people as well, it's one reason why I'm letting people stay at my house. But if it somehow happens that you, me, and meghan are all riding together then we won't get lost. I know the whole city.

                                              Also, I'm thinking about going up to Ontario for my Spring Break (March 3rd - 11th). I'll probably be staying at church_pk's house when/if I go. It's a 1000 mile drive from here so I don't know if my parents will let me.

                                                      Sounds interesting, but it will be impossible for me to go. Currently, I leave for Acapulco on the 24th and get back on the 1st. Then on the 2nd, I have to move back in to my dorm so that I can start school on the 3rd. I still think that I will be able to do the summer one though.

                                                          I'm not so clear on what is happening here. Is this a personal thing between the people in the thread, or is this a group thing with anyone coming?
