if more than 18 people sign up, i'm gonna take out the players that tend to go idle, and the people who dont participate much before the new players.
there will be no phantoms this game, but if you dont make at LEAST two decent posts per day, i'm gonna drop you from the race. I'll be lenient on the first day, but day two if you dont post well, you're dropped. nobody is going to vote for a candidate that never says anything. the silent game isnt going to work this time.
