    Any otaku(anime/manga lover) welcome

I am a new person, my thingy says junior member. I would like to make friends with those like me who are major fans of anime and stuff. message here if ya feel like or not, doesn't bother me either way( I feel like Shikamaru from Naruto today. God help us all.) I have Phantom of the Opera stuck in my head, that was random, whatever.

Okay, you're new, and that's great.

But read the rules before posting any more (no direct offense, it's just that EVERYBODY needs to read the rules before posting), and pay special note to how we don't like double posting.

Then notice that there's a Media forum, which houses all discussion of anime and the like.

      Then try again. =)

EDIT: Ooooookaaaayyyyy.... It seems this thread was moved to Media in the time it took me to post. So, uh, yeah...

Moved to Media, where anime-related discussions take place.

Most of the regulars here refuse to accept the term "otaku" as their title involving a relationship to anime. Personally, I'm just someone who watches Japanese cartoons in their original format moreso than I watch American television.

That being said, I foresee many non-regulars who would classify themselves similarly to the way you have posting in this thread and I would hope the regulars who I know would enjoy flaming such a topic would stay out.
