          If you resize it it can be, that bg size is 640 x 480.

                                          Chobits is an anime. You can probably download episodes of it via LimeWire/other P2P software.

                                                  The size of your screen means nothing, it's all about what resolution you are running at (e.g. 800x600).

                                                          It's like... there's a whole world of persocoms (which are basically like robots shaped like people who can do anything), and it's just drama of love between humans, and love between persocoms and humans.
                                                          Chi, the girl that you basically see (with the ears) is a persocom, and the main character Hideki have some sort of love-relationship. And Chi actually has more powers than any other persocom. You basically get the whole story after reading the manga (which I recommend more than watching the anime).
