Hello. My girlfriends sister has DDR UltraMix 3 for Xbox and i love it, but I dont think they make that good of games for the PS2 from the research ive done. I always play at my gf's house, and im looking to buy a game for my PS2 along with a mat. Any tips on what game is best will be wonderful! I think theres a new one coming out called DDR SuperNova on sept 26th

My personal favorite so far is Dance dance revolution EXTREME,but I'm kind of biased because that was my first. Anothor good one is In The Groove.AAAs:11+2 skill token

If you are a new player of DDR, i would suggest getting either of the MAX ones, or DDREX. I dont think a new player should get ITG, as many of the Normal step charts could be classified as 7, 8, or even 9 footers on DDR.
EDIT: You are going to have to get DDREX2 if you want the mat bundle. I've looked everywhere for just the discs for Max and Max2, and even those are hard to find (at least in my area). If you dont mind paying just a bit extra, buy the DDREX2 bundle and then buy the other games. DDR EX. japan is the best home ddr but the USA one sux. The best home ones for the USA are the Maxes and Ex.2, but the Perfect window is so big in Ex.2 that I got 1 Great on Look to the Sky. I know it's a easy song but I know I didnt do that great on it.....Comment
