Long story short...

Download StepMania at www.stepmania.com. Then, do the following to play your recently downloaded simfiles. Please note that I will refer that you have StepMania downloaded at the default location (C:/Program Files). Make adjustments if you don't have your StepMania downloaded at the default location.

1.) Go to C:/Program Files/StepMania/Songs.

2.) Make a new folder. Right click>New>Folder. Name it anything you want.

3.) Cut the simfiles that you have downloaded, and paste them inside the folder that you made in #2. AKA go to your simfiles, highlight them all by either holding left click and moving the mouse to create an highlight box to highlight the simfiles, or right click and click Select All. Go to the folder you made in #2, and right click/paste. This should move all the simfiles to that folder. Be sure to cut the FOLDERS that CONTAIN the simfiles, not the actual parts of the simfiles themselves.

4.)Enjoy.

Um do you know how to make your own song to stepfile, then
make it a zip for ffr?

No need to post multiple times in a row, there's an edit function you should use in such cases.
