    It's New Year's Eve on the luxury liner Poseidon. Partying voyagers toast the future.


    What the hell, seriously. Are they seriously remaking the Poseidon Adventure? How utterly, utterly foolish of them. Anyone whose seen the Poseidon Adventure know exactly why this remake will fail:


    NO ERNEST BORGNINE

    This movie is doomed to the bowels of hell without the aid of this great actor. Hell, without Ernest Borgnine, there is no Poseidon Adventure. Were it not for his his badass determination, rough attitude, and the damn awesomest mean looks in the world, the rest of the characters in that movie would have perished. I predict this remake will be 5-25 minutes long, with an abrupt ending of everyone dying because Ernest Borgnine wasn't there to save the ****ing day.

      ...its coming out in the theater in like 2 weeks, and you're just now finding out about it?

          I was distraught as well... that was the one bad thing about V for Vendetta... seeing that preview

              I've heard that you dont even see Hugo Weavings face the whole moive just him in his guy fawkes mask. that pisses me off when you can't see who they are

                  I'm only slightly curious to see Poseidon because I know there will be big explosions and fires and ****.

                  But seriously, you're right Omega. The cast of this movie sucks, and not just because Ernest Borgnine isn't a member.

                      better yet, the guy who is directing poseidon is the guy who is doing Ender's Game... and I have very little faith that he'll do it justice.
