    Have You Ever Injured/Cramped Something While Playing FFR?

    Okie Just a quick question from me. have you ever injured yourself playing FFR?. i know i have. i was playing "HELLBEAT" and cramped my left wrist and my right leg because i tensed them too much. then i got this stupid idea of doing "Caprice" with a cramped wrist and IT KILLED SO FREAKIN BAD.

                              I don't cramp myself alot, but often I cramp my legs, and it's REALLY painful when it happens. Ever felt what its like to have your legs chomped off by a shark? That's what my legs feel like when they cramp.

                                      I learned to try to rest as much as I could on songs. Helps ease the tense moments I get from trying to hit keys. Even though the songs I'm doing are harder now, I guess I've learned to keep my wrists less tense.

                                      Injuries:
                                      Pushed my fingertip down on an arrow, barely hitting it, but enough to slide a piece of my nail under itself. Painful. (When I started learning the joys of index, middle)
                                      Collapsing arms. Happens when I play a few speedy songs in a row. Mainly happens on StrangeProgram.
                                      I also remember getting really bad shoulder pain for some odd reason. Tension maybe?

                                      Edit: Oh.. wait. FFR? Nope. The fingernail thing once or twice.

                                                  Hey, ShadowGod here, found a new way to cramp myself, lol. Go on Step Mania and download MAX Forever and Play it on Endless mode. the speed has to be: 400CP lol. and turn off failures

                                                  Edit: THIS IS SO MUCH FUN I AM NOW CAPABLE OF GETTING AN "A" ON MAX FOREVER
