Host an image somewhere other than the source if you found it online. Otherwise people will just be able to look at the properties (most of the time) and figure it out.

Find one where the image isn't hosted with a filename containing text that gives it away or rename it and upload it to another place (Imageshack or Photobucket or whatever).
