    Get Rid Of Guests!

    I've just went to MP, and a guest keeps spamming and calling us bitches, assholes, etc.

    We have to do something about this.

    So, this thread is jest a petition to get rid of guests. Once most of the users in the website post, "I agree. The mods BETTER get rid of guests. They're so annoying."

    So this is the contract:

    I agree that guests need to be gone from FFR. They always spam in the MP chat, they're just... So annoying.



    Just say "I agree" if you agree with the contract.

                  I'd say just ignore them... or make a private game for you and someone else to talk in.. or get an instant messanger.. either one you choose, i'm sure the mods wouldnt get rid of guests... all that would do would result in them making multiple accounts to spam with... there's just no point in what your asking

                      A better idea would be to have a bot placed in the channel, whenever a user sent too many messages too quickly, or swore too much, the bot would give a "first warning", and a small 1 minute time out or somthing. Second time, that user would be given a 5 min. timeout, and upon third offence a temporary chat ban would be put in place... thats what i think

                          the spamming/flooding around here is ridiculous. i've never seen it half this bad anywhere else. but i don't think getting rid of the guests will solve everything cuz lots of times it's not just the guests spamming.
                          i like bamboozler's idea. that's how we do it at www.isketch.net(it's an online pictionary). saying the same thing 3x in a row too fast, or saying anything TOO fast gets u Muted for 30 secs.

                              That is what it is like on another site, you flood by posting really fast, and it disconnects you and you lose your score.

                                  Or you guys can play solo, or quickly get into a room and set it for no viewers.
                                  But really now, everyone at ffr allready knows about this, and more threads about it doesn't help....

                                      I agree. I mean, the dang game is free to sign up for anyway, so what's the big deal?

                                      Kick the guests. That way, if someone acts up, they can be punished (banned).

                                          I agree witth coolgamer. At least we'll be able to punish them for it. Or, you could set it so it runs similar to the program that the others mentioned and it'll get their computer's ip address and lock them out. Either way, at least it might help stop some of the spamming on there.

                                              Or, just make it to where all guests cannot chat until they have an account. Then, if they spam, you can ban them.

                                                          you don't have to like them, but it isn't that hard to live with them... it's childish to just say "get rid of guests" when you can easily make a private room to play in, play single player, or just simply ignore them.... There's so many ways around the problem, why bother complaining about it? -_-
