    Zathura

I am really in a struggle with myself as to whether or not I should watch this movie. I mean, I loved Jumanji because of the awesome character development, and mostly because of how cool the game was. My favorite scene is when the hunter and the chick and the two kids are in some supermarket, and hunter traps them. The chick covers herself over the kids and the hunter goes "Oh, don't be ridiculous. I could have shot you any time I wanted." "Then why didn't you?" she replies. "Because Jack is the one who rolled the dice." I can't point out exactly what it is that makes that scene so cool, but it is.

BUT, I wasn't really that impressed by the trailer and stuff.

BUT, Rotten Tomatoes gives it a 74%.

    Argh!

Crisis averted. I read, like, 25 reviews and now I'm pretty sure I'll see this movie.

When in doubt, always trust Rotten Tomatoes. Rotten Tomatoes is never wrong.

I watched clouds awobbly from the floor o' that kayak. Souls cross ages like clouds cross skies, an' tho' a cloud's shape nor hue nor size don't stay the same, it's still a cloud an' so is a soul. Who can say where the cloud's blowed from or who the soul'll be 'morrow? Only Sonmi the east an' the west an' the compass an' the atlas, yay, only the atlas o' clouds.

Gee, could the be because it is based off of the childrens book that was written by the same author as Jumanji, Chris Van Allsburg?

Could it just be that you're quoting everything you've seen on the internet up to this point to justify not seeing the movie?

Even if it was a complete rip-off of Jumanji, I would see it, because it was an excellent, excellent idea.

"A new take on the epic fantasy genre... Darkly comic, relatable characters... twisted storyline."

"Readers who prefer tension and romance, Maledictions: The Offering, delivers... As serious YA fiction, I’ll give it five stars out of five. As a novel? Four and a half." - Liz Ellor

Wasnt that the movie's tagline? I could have sworn it was.

                      Actually it is:

"A New Adventure From the World of Jumanji "
