cause i reformated my computer,reinstalled everything download the new macromedia flash player and everything and everything i could possibly do and it still gives me error reports dammit....wtf is wrong

What error? the clear chase one? If clearing the chase doesn't work, refresh about 10 times, if that doesn't work, restart the comp and refresh somemore until it works (It will work).Comment

open up internet browser->tools->internet options->delete files

not the cache one,it's when your computer performs a type of illegal operation but you send the error report to microsoft. and you see like the status and shit while its sending then it says . " your error report has been sent"Comment
