I can understand the game publishers selling the game licenses, but the developers? If you're a video game developer and Uwe Boll offers you lots of cash, you do NOT make a deal.

Oh my God...last night I finally saw House of the Dead....I was stunned. How could anyone let this happen? I think I said "Are you fucking sh*tting me?" at least 32 times throughout the movie. Dear god, it was the worst movie I had ever seen. I did manage to see Alone in the Dark...which is a pretty terrible movie but it didnt even compare to the awfulness of House of the Dead.

From what I've read now about Uwe Boll's attempts at making movies, I'm starting to think that the guy will only go after video games that nobody remembers anymore so he will piss off as few people as possible for what he did to the game. However, he does succeed in unifying the audience under their mutual and utter hatred of his productions.

With all the effort the guy puts into making CG stuff appear in his films, I'm thinking he's going to stick with making horror movies (with a very vague video-game pretense) that will make even fans of the genre horrified. I shudder to think about what he might do if he gets his hands on a fighting game, which are notorious for generally not having a very good plot to start with.
