I don't think the double mode can be done at all. You can't jump between keys with one hand because a huge clump of arrows go by simultaneously on both sides. It means that
A) You would have to use two hands, one on each set of keys.
B) People who use two hands to pass Payon would be screwed because you would not only have to learn to play one handed, you would have to learn to play left hand only, and even then, good enough with your left hand to pass the regular Payon.
Foot pad? Excuse me, but do you have four legs? Look at those screenshots, they're filled with triple and a couple of quadruple jumps. There is no person in this world that could do that.
In my mind...two USB keyboards, with two people of especial skill on each one...only way to do it. Period.
Umm... it wouldn't be that difficult... Use your right hand for the hard part, and your left hand for the other doubles sections... just like when you play piano... I play payon one hand
