Police Encounter: Love our noncorrupt system!

First things first, I know this is a dumbass thing to do, but I did it anyway.
Second things second, I no longer have respect for police.

Normal sunday when my neighbor IM's me saying "Hey lets go ride your dirtbikes around, my girlfriend wants to see what it's like." So being bored and having nothing else to do I quickly rush to my garage to get out my motocross bike so my friend doesn't get an idea of riding it, the bike cost 7 grand. So we get the bikes out of my garage and I start up the motor and taking good care of the bike I want to sit there for a couple minutes and let the engine warm up gradually. My friend goes on ahead up to the place where we ride most with the trials.
I head up the road and I'm going pretty fast considering I want to catch up to them quick enough to find them. I notice this guy that used to be a cop looking at me from his driveway and I think for a second wondering if he'll call the police. But soon enough that thought is gone and now we're riding around bike trials for about 10 minutes. It's getting dark at this hour and I decide that we shouldn't stay out since it's getting dark and having to worry about police.
Entering back into my neighborhood we stop at an intersection and then go on, I'm looking to left fearing that this car coming from the left is a cop and then I look foward and notice there was actually a cop coming straight toward us. He made us get off the bikes with his gun drawn and pointing at me for some reason even though my friend is closer to the cop with his girlfriend on the back. He made us all sit on the curb and another officer pulled up. He runs out of the car and quickly puts hand cuffs on us. For absolutely no reason. I asked him what the cuffs are for and explain that we were cooperating and he quickly threw another cuff on me and tightening practically as hard as he could so it was hurting the shit out of my wrists.
The power hungry cop that put the cuffs on us started the lecture while the other cop was busy in his car. Coming to me first most likely because I'm the oldest he asks a barage of questions trying to make me look stupid like "Why are you riding when it's getting dark out?!" and when trying to answer that we were headed home he'd snap in my face and tell me not to talk back. Then the worse was about to happen. My friends girlfriend who has NEVER gotten in trouble before and is only like 14yrs old asks the cop if she may use the phone after she took it out of her pocket. He didn't say anything before he snatched it out of her hand and started explaining all the things she did wrong when she got onto the back of the bike and being so scared of getting into trouble she burst out crying, the cop didnt stop there he had to really tear into her and make an everlasting impression by getting his gun out and telling her he should have her at gunpoint for what she did
At this point I'm so shocked I didn't even know what to do. Luckily the girls mom came by to take her away. She luckily didn't get any tickets or fines. The cop thats not as much of an asshole came over and asked me for my license, I thought about it for a second and remember I had my permit on me still and if I gave him my permit nothing would go onto my license. So I got him back a little bit. We waited about another 30 minutes and the cop comes back over and tells us he should ticket us each 9 times and only gave us 2 each.
After about 2 hours of having those cuffs on I have a huge gash in my right wrist and the cop didn't say anything about it when I told him what he had done and he promptly left while the not so much asshole followed us bike to put the bikes up. I know its dumb to be riding out on a street on a bike made for dirt but the cops had no right to do what they did and was definitely abusing power and theres nothing we can say because if we do goto court we'll get slapped with 7 more tickets....

    What do you guys think.....

      Wow...
Most cops where I live are friendly and not complete assholes...
I'm surprised that you actually got a ticket for almost nothing...
What was the ticket for? Being out after curfew or something?
Shows how messed up our police men are in general...

I forget the second ticket because it was totaly BS, but the first was for driving a motor vehical without a license. The only plausible thing considering I gave him my permit.

I know... They could get out their guns if you ran away but we were fully cooperating and not bitching.

You could have their jobs. They had no reason to pull out the guns. If you were posing no threat to the officers lives and they pulled a gun out on you it is police brutality. This is according to New York law but I am pretty sure that is the law in most states. The fact that you have an injury from the cuffs also counts.

Yeah my dad is a lawyer we've already decided to get that one guy thrown off the force... I'll post that as soon as it gets done. It really wouldn't have bothered me until he made that girl feel like utter shit. Anyways Fun Fact about the night: Asshole officer had his zipper down.

That's fucked up. Here's my story. I have NO respect for the police and I'm only 15. Mainly because my retarded friend got the idea to spray Axe on a car as we were walkin' by it. Unfortunately, the only lady who was standing outside owned the car. She started yelling at us. Then my dipshit friend throws the can at me and runs off. I get blamed for the whole thing and I had to deal with a cop BY MYSELF. The lady tells the cop, "It looked like they were going to smash the windows!" The lady had a half-eaten donut in her car. THAT'S IT. Then the cop made me tell everything that happened. After I told him that, he threatened me that he was going to take me to Juvenile Hall immediately. My friend didn't have to deal with the cop and he basically got away scotch free. I got grounded for two months. The next day, I beat the living crap out of him.

                      Fin.

Not to go off topic here, but I really don't like the way you used "faggot", Eva.

The cop was an asshat, an assclown, a dick, a moron, a facist, an idiot, but I really don't think you should be making judgement calls on his sexuality, Eva. Even if he was gay, that's not a reason to hate him. Even kill him? No, that's messed up.

I'm actually quite offended, and that's hard to do.
