Ok heres the deal. I live in Michigan and as all you Michiganians in the Oakland County area know we had a massive amount of snow causing a lot of us to close. Well I'm watching Fox2 for the closings. As soon as Oakland comes out I freaking pray for snow because we like get a snowday once in a blue moon. Well after watching SCHOOL AFTER FLIPPIN SCHOOL for about 20 minutes I find out THAT I HAVE SCHOOL. A lot of people and I had talked about killing our superintendent for having a meeting causing us to have school today, but then we just said to go with a good old fashion riot. But heh My school sucks nuts.

3 years in NYC, not 1 class cancelled due to weather.
Plus, you're in Michigan... you guys always get snow. Which means you are prepared to clean it up. Which means no snow cancelation. I'm sure LD up in Buffalo can sympathize with you.

3 inches would shut down every school in North Carolina. Hell, if it starts snowing and somebody says we might get 3 inches we would shut down. I wish we got more snow, it's so cool.So I've gone completely slack-ass and haven't done any work on creating games. =(
In less-depressing news, I got a job for an online business (which sells non-electronic games, of all things!) which has taught me a lot about marketing online and all that jazz.
So now I'm on Twitter @NoahWright.

No, it isn't. Especially in the city. It was snowing these big flakes yesterday.... got EVERYWHERE. Its disgusting in the city. The subways keep the whole city warm, so the snow melts right when it hits the ground, people walk on it, and it turns to brown slush. Nasty as anything. City + Snow = Awful.RIPComment

I'm in Michigan also. Actually, I'm in Oakland county too.
I didn't get 3 feet of snow. I got less than a foot. It's a decent amount, but not even close to 1 foot even.
PS I also had school.

Well I'm a suburbs person. In VA we'd get snow and play in it. Ahhh, the good ole days. I remember one time it snowed enough that it was over our dog's head. She couldn't run through the yard because she'd run into something, so she'd hop. You'd walk outside and call her and all you would see was her head poke up every second. Awesome times.
But NC sucks for getting NO SNOW AT ALL D=<So I've gone completely slack-ass and haven't done any work on creating games. =(

Yeah it was a blizzard here yesterday, but it was too warm to stick so it was huge flakes and making all slush. It also got all up in your face. Then at night it got cold and we got a delayed opening. Our superintendant didn't give us any snow days this year so we never will get off. Last year she kept us in school when we got a few feet of school and someone complained, so she tried to get back at us with giving us no snow days this year.

Hmm, what school do all you Oakland County people go to?
I'm in Macomb, and I go to Tower. No school closings yet this year, although we should've gotten one a few times. (Roads not clean, lots of snow, slippery, still snowing/windy, etc)

I would sympathize with all of you high schoolers if I didn't go to one of many colleges reknowned for never closing.I watched clouds awobbly from the floor o' that kayak. Souls cross ages like clouds cross skies, an' tho' a cloud's shape nor hue nor size don't stay the same, it's still a cloud an' so is a soul.
