    but anyway where would i find a converter or whatever so that my ps2 pad would work on the computer

    and please dont say www.google.com cause i dont know what I am even looking for

                  You'll need one that will automatically let the left and right arrows be pressed at the same time and register without have to hitting some special code.

                              don't worry if it needs a special code. The code is always up + start + select, unless of course you want to play pump, in which case you don't even enter a quote.

                              also check www.stepmania.com for adapter compatibility (also a great place to find what adapters there are)
