I suppose this does merit some explanation.
Basically, that night at /b/, W.T. Snacks planted that audio file (it only played through once but it was looped - it's the kind of thing you'd see at YTMND) and made this image the background. (Warning: seizure-inducing animation. However, that particular link is safe, as it is a link to my post on BMS's imageboards.)
The entire night was dedicated to posting animated .gifs along the "slam" theme (i.e. the Zorak and Space Ghost image), people dancing (i.e. the three Galaxy Angel girls), or just completely random stuff (i.e. Smith playing the Casio).
Two of the images I posted got into this flash - Mint dancing and Milfeulle dancing.
